This qualification will provide you with the requisite knowledge, understanding and skills to work competently in the nail industry.

Throughout this qualification you will ensure responsibility to reduce risks to health and safety, fulfill salon reception duties, develop and maintain your effectiveness at work, promote additional services and products to clients.

The qualification includes:

• Manicure (including Luxury)

• Pedicure (including Luxury)

• Nail Art

• Gel Nail Extensions

• Acrylic Nail Extensions

Level 2 VTCT Certificate in Nail Treatments (Manicure and Pedicure Treatments)  Fee: £500.00

Fees include all registration fees, training and assessments.

3 days

The Course Includes:

• Maintenance and care procedures for the nails and skin of the hands and feet

• The application of colour to the nails on both the hands and feet

• French manicure technique

• Single layer varnishing

• Paraffin wax and warm oil treatments for nourishment

• The study of the structure of the nail

• Contra-indications to manicure and pedicure

• Client counselling & consultation techniques

NVQ Level 3 Unit is Electric Filing Fee: £375.00

Fees include all registration fees, training and assessments.

The Course Includes:

• The safe use of the Electric File (E-File) over nail extensions.

• Pre-requisite NVQ/ VTCT Level 2 in Acrylics/ Nail Services needed to do this course
